Can I swap items inside a pre-built bundle?
Pre-built bundles are fixed because the pricing is built around the specific combo. The savings come from us pre-packing the same combinations at scale. If you want a custom mix, message us on Telegram and we'll see what we can do.
Do bundles count toward the $149 free shipping threshold?
Yes. Every bundle counts toward the free shipping minimum. Most of our larger bundles are already priced above $149 so shipping is free automatically. For smaller bundles you can add anything from the shop to hit the threshold.
Can I use a discount code on a bundle?
Bundles are already discounted versus buying individually, so most promo codes don't stack on top. The exceptions are member rewards points and the welcome code for new subscribers, which do apply.
How are bundles packaged?
Each product in the bundle is individually sealed in its own pouch or jar to keep it fresh. The whole thing ships in one plain unmarked box. No brand names on the outside, no smell, fully discreet.
What if a strain in my bundle goes out of stock?
If something's not available when we go to fulfill your order, we'll swap it for a similar strain at the same or higher quality and email you to let you know before shipping. If you'd rather wait or get a refund for the substitution, just reply to the email.
